Gameplay

* Made ladders easier to climb. Added cvars sv_ladder_dampen and sv_ladder_angle.
* Fixed issue that awarded three points when the bomb explodes after the round ends by elimination criteria instead.
* Fixed issue in which you weren’t given credit for grenade damage if you fired a weapon at someone then hit them with a grenade (in that order). Also fixed problem in which grenading a player and then killing them with another weapon showed as ‘*** in 1’ on console.
* There’s now a priority order for displaying win conditions when multiple win conditions are set.
* If timelimit exists and is not 0, then show timelimit.
* If timelimit does not exist, show maxrounds if not 0.
* If both timelimit and maxrounds are 0, show winlimit.
* If timelimit, maxrounds, and winlimit are all 0, show nothing.
* Added a cvar to ignore win conditions: mp_ignore_round_win_conditions.



Welche Server-Settings wurden geändert/hinzugefügt/entfernt?
Die neue Cinematic Deathcamera, Most Value Player und das Domination/Revenge System werden durch unsere neuen Settings ausgeschaltet. Die Statistiken für den einzelnen Spieler bleiben eingeschaltet, da diese keine Auswirkungen auf das Spiel haben.

Regeländerungen
Da die Server von einer Tickrate 100 auf Tickrate 66 reduziert wurden, ändern wir folgende Regel wie folgt:


5.2.4. Server tickrate
Ein Server mit tickrate 66 ist stets einem Server mit höherer oder niedrigerer tickrate vorzuziehen. Bei Streitfragen über die Serverwahl wird immer auf dem Server mit tickrate 66 gespielt.

Da sich bei der net_graph-Funktion auch einiges geändert hat, ändern wird folgende Regel wie folgt:


5.3.1. Spielersettings CS:S
Die in diesen gamespezifischen Regeln aufgeführten Spielersettings (also z.B. Config-Werte) müssen eingehalten werden:

# mat_dxlevel 80/81/90/95 (bei mat_dxlevel muss der Wert zwischen 80 und 95 eingehalten werden)
# Die Kombination mat_bumpmap 0/mat_specular 1/mat_fastspecular 1 ist untersagt. (bei der Benutzung von mat_dxlevel 90/95 ist zusätzlich die Kombination mat_bumpmap 1/mat_fastnobump 1 untersagt)

Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser obigen Settings ist ein Protest NICHT zulässig, weil diese durch zBlock überprüft werden.
